1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of Armlytic. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Armlytic. If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the right to accept these Terms for it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Armlytic.
3. Your Account
You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity in your account, including activity by the team members you invite. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, tell us right away.
4. Plans and Fees
Armlytic offers plans with different limits, described on our Pricing page. We may change plans, limits and prices; we will tell you in advance about any change that affects your current plan. Fees are not refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law.
5. Your Content and Data
The surveys you create and the data you collect belong to you. You allow Armlytic to store, process and display this content as needed to provide, maintain and improve the service. We may also use data in anonymized or aggregated form, which does not identify any person or company, for any purpose, including statistics, research and marketing.
6. Your Responsibility for Respondent Data
You are responsible for the data you collect through Armlytic. You must: • have a legal basis to collect it, such as the respondent's consent • tell respondents how their data will be used • not collect sensitive data, such as health, religion or political views, unless the law allows it • handle respondents' requests about their data Armlytic processes this data only on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use Armlytic to: • break the law or the rights of others • send spam or unwanted invitations • collect passwords, bank card data or other data by deception • publish content that is illegal, hateful, threatening or misleading • spread viruses or harmful code, or try to break into or overload the platform • copy, resell or scrape the service without our written permission
8. Intellectual Property
The Armlytic platform, including its design, code, logo and brand, belongs to us and is protected by law. You may not copy, change or distribute any part of it without our written permission.
9. Suspension and Termination
You can stop using Armlytic at any time. To close your account, contact us. We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, use the service in a way that may harm us or other users, or do not pay for your plan. After an account is closed, its data is deleted or anonymized as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to the Service
We are constantly improving Armlytic, so we may add, change or remove features at any time. We try to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will always work without interruptions or errors.
11. Disclaimer
Armlytic is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we give no warranties of any kind, including that the service will meet your needs or that results will be accurate.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Armlytic is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover any losses, claims or costs that Armlytic faces because of your content, the data you collect, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. We will first try to settle any dispute through negotiation. If that fails, the dispute will be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the platform. By continuing to use Armlytic after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right, we do not give it up. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between you and Armlytic.
